"The String Theory: Connectivity between all the Arts" LAB 2017- Directors Lab West 20017 was held from Saturday, May 20 through Saturday, May 27, 2017, at Pasadena Playhouse, Center Theatre Group, and The Music Center.The theme for 2017 was "The String Theory: Connectivity between all the Arts" The text for this session was " The Zoo Story ". This marked the first Lab under the new Artistic Director Danny Feldman. Notable Actors, Directors, Designers and Choreographers participated in these sessions and shared their experiences. Guests of the 2017 Lab included: Davd Bridel,Fernando Calzadilla, Ph.D., Nancy Keystone, Jessica Kubzansky, Marianne Galloway, Heather May, Alex Jaeger, Aloysia Gavre, and Danny Feldman. The SDC Open Session was a conversation with Diane Rodriguez.
